Michelin kitchen, roundabout van
Cluck started in 2020 as a bright yellow food truck near the Walkinstown roundabout. Chef Ian Ussher brought what he learned in Michelin-starred kitchens to fried chicken, and Dublin queued for it.
The Square in Tallaght opened in September 2023, with more seats and lunch. Walkinstown Mall is home, a few steps from where the van stood.
